What age is it suitable for?
The age category is comparable to that of most physical escape rooms:
It is a serious and challenging game, intended for adults. However, some children may also enjoy playing along, especially because of the search puzzles and family theme. We recommend a minimum age of 10 years.

How long does an online escape room take?
Most teams complete the game in approximately 90 to 120 minutes.
What is an online escape room?
An online escape room is an experience for colleagues, friends, teams and families, allowing you to enjoy an adventure from anywhere in the world on your own computer.
Is it possible to receive an invoice?
After purchase via the webshop, you will automatically receive a receipt by email stating all taxes (VAT). If you need an official invoice with an invoice number for business purposes, please contact us for a quote.
How long are the codes valid?
The codes have no expiration date and remain valid indefinitely. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Can I play immediately after purchasing the codes?
Yes. Immediately after your purchase, you will receive an email with the login codes.
I bought a multiplayer game and received 6 codes. Do I have to use them all at once? Or can I, for example, create 2 teams of 3 people?
All 6 codes from one multiplayer game are linked to the same game and share the same progress. They must therefore be used simultaneously. To play with 2 separate teams, you need 2 separate multiplayer games.
Can I pause the game and continue later?
Yes, the game is automatically saved. You can stop the game at any time by simply closing the browser. To continue, log in again via the login portal with the same code. Your game progress is saved and you can continue where you left off.
I forgot to download the group photo. Can I still get it?
Yes, you can! Log in again via the login portal and start the game. You will then be taken directly to the group photo where you can download it.
Can I cancel my purchase and get my money back?
Yes, you can within 14 days for purchases made in the webshop, provided you have not used the codes yet. Since this is a digital product that is delivered immediately, you waive the right of withdrawal upon purchase. However, as long as you have not started the game or activated the codes, you can still cancel within 14 days and receive a full refund.
Can players in the same team use different languages?
Yes, they can! After logging in, each player can choose their preferred language. Team members can select different languages, even within the same multiplayer game.
