How many players can participate?
From 1 person up to a maximum of 6 players per team. You receive one code per player; everyone can log in from their own laptop or desktop. If the group is larger, split into teams of up to six players and run a competition against each other.

What age is it suitable for?
The target age range is similar to most physical escape rooms:
It’s a serious and challenging game intended for adults. Some children may also enjoy joining in, especially because of the search puzzles and family theme. We advise a minimum age of 10 years.
How long does an online escape room take?
Most teams complete the game in about 90 to 120 minutes.

Is it possible to receive an invoice?
If you would like to receive an invoice, please contact us for a quote. Unfortunately, it is not possible to receive an invoice via the webshop.
Can I play immediately after purchasing the codes?
Yes. Right after your purchase you’ll receive an email with the login codes.
How long are the codes valid?
Codes remain valid indefinitely for as long as the game is available. If the game is ever discontinued in the future, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance by email and refund purchases made in the 6 months prior to that date.
