We sell digital login codes for online escape rooms, including Grandfather's Fortune. Codes are delivered immediately after payment via email and provide access to the game. The game can be played on laptop or desktop computer with a modern web browser. Codes are personal and non-transferable.

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. Payment is processed through our secure payment provider. We accept various payment methods such as iDEAL, credit card, and other options available at checkout. Any costs for currency conversion or transactions are the responsibility of the buyer.

Login codes are sent automatically via email to the provided email address immediately after successful payment. Please also check your spam/junk folder. No physical delivery takes place. If you experience delivery problems, you can contact us through the contact page.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Act, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after purchase. Within this period, you can cancel your purchase and receive a full refund.

Please note: This right of withdrawal automatically expires as soon as you start the game or activate the code. This is because it is a digital product that is delivered and used instantly. By completing the purchase, you explicitly confirm that you are aware of this and agree to the expiration of the right of withdrawal upon use.

Unused codes can be returned within the 14-day cooling-off period for a full refund. Please contact us for this.

Login codes remain valid indefinitely as long as the game is available and we can provide the service. Should the game ever be discontinued in the future, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance by email and refund unused purchases made in the last 6 months.

We do our utmost to provide a flawless experience. However, we are not liable for:
• Technical problems such as server issues or internet connection problems on the user's end
• Damage caused by improper use of the game
• Problems with third-party software or services
• Loss of game progress due to technical malfunctions

Our total liability is in all cases limited to the purchase amount.

By playing the game, you agree to the following:
• Codes are personal and non-transferable to third parties
• Resale or commercial use of codes is not permitted
• You may not abuse, hack, or reverse-engineer the game
• You may not display inappropriate behavior within the game
• We reserve the right to block access in case of abuse

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
